Dr Carlos has 23 years of knowledge and experience as a specialist, in the Brazilian and international markets, in people management combined with information, communication and health technologies — as well as being a lecturer and a neuroscientist who loves life. He has trained public and private companies such as TIVIT, WEG, Google, IBM, Lenovo and Microsoft, along with entrepreneurs, business owners and headhunters in São Paulo, Florianópolis, Jaraguá do Sul, Itajaí, Balneário Camboriú and Curitiba, as well as companies in the United States and in England.

For 19 years he has devoted himself — through a deep, time-honoured knowledge of mathematics, physics and neuroscience — to the life cycles of humanity, from which he developed the Neuroon Method: a method that gives those who receive it the disruption of limiting beliefs and patterns, freeing them to live their best. The method was born from his own experience, in order to understand and care for his own son — respecting the natural way of every being.
